We’ll send you a return shipping label to the e-mail address linked to your profile. Once the product has been returned, we’ll send you an e-mail letting you know we’ve received your item and the estimated return date.
Please note, because The Shinn Life is an online presence and does not currently have a physical “brick & mortar” store, we require all repairs to be mailed via USPS in lieu of in-person drop offs. This helps document the entire return process and keeps the privacy of our staff. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Any damage caused during the repair will be covered by The Shinn Life, if the product has been discontinued a product of equal or lesser value will be provided at no charge and agreed upon by both parties. Upon submitting payment for this repair, you agree to the above statement and The Shinn Life declines any liability if the original product becomes damaged.
